Frequently asked questions

No. Currently, we only support international payments made using cards issued by overseas banks for all the major networks, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

Supported Currencies: No currency conversion is required. You can pass the payment amount in the native currency. Know more about Currency Conversion.

Non-supported Currencies: For the currencies, we do not support, you will have to handle conversion at your end and pass it to ProPay in USD.

The default settlement cycle for international payments is T+7 days where "T" is the day on which the payment was made by the customer. You can view your settlement cycle on your ProPay Dashboard.

The Settlement currency is USD ( United States dollar ) for all transactions done using ProPay. Thus, international payments are settled in USD. The exchange rate at the time of the payment creation is considered for conversion.
